With over 20 years of on-and-off personal lines insurance experience and 15 years in retail management, she brings a unique blend of industry expertise, customer service excellence, and leadership to every client relationship.
Her passion lies in helping individuals and families protect what matters most—whether it’s safeguarding their home, vehicle, business, or financial future. Nakia takes the time to understand each client’s needs and craft coverage solutions that provide both protection and peace of mind. Her background in retail management has honed her skills in problem-solving, communication, and client satisfaction, qualities she carries into every policy she writes.
In her free time, Nakia enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. She serves as a teacher in the children’s ministry at her church and also participates in the greeting ministry, welcoming people with a warm welcome. She believes in building lasting relationships.
