Stanley Chandler is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. He is a USMC veteran, servant leader, and insurance professional with a diverse background spanning military service, entrepreneurship, manufacturing leadership, and ministry. Stanley spent 32 years with Honda of America in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement roles, helping drive operational excellence and team development. Today, he serves as a Campus Pastor at Fearless Church in Southwest Florida and as a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist. He has four years of experience in the personal lines insurance industry, specializing in manufactured home and auto insurance. Stanley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with an emphasis in Organizational Development and is licensed to serve insurance clients in Arizona, Nevada, Ohio, and Florida. His expertise includes coverage analysis, risk assessment, and policy servicing, and he takes pride in educating clients, simplifying complex insurance decisions, and building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and exceptional service.
Stanley’s approach to working with clients is built on trust, education, and personalized service. He believes insurance is more than a policy—it’s about protecting the people, homes, vehicles, and assets that matter most. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation, explains coverage options in clear and simple terms, and helps them make informed decisions with confidence.
In his free time, Stanley enjoys golf, cycling, staying physically fit, and shark tooth hunting along Florida’s Gulf Coast. He is passionate about leadership development and mentoring others, particularly through his involvement with Fight Club and Marked Men for Christ men’s ministries. As a Campus Pastor at Fearless Church Southwest Florida, he is committed to helping individuals grow personally, professionally, and spiritually while building strong, authentic communities founded on service, integrity, and purpose.
