Lena Williams is a Personal Lines Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2024 after the merger with San Antonio Insurance Services. She studied human resource development at The University of Texas at San Antonio and transitioned into insurance after a successful career in retail and customer service. In 2021, Lena earned her Property and Casualty license and began her insurance journey with EverQuote, quickly advancing to Personal Lines Assistant Account Manager. With a passion for helping others, she is committed to providing excellent service and specializes in customer service and retention at Inszone.
Lena takes pride in helping her clients save money and ensure they have the best possible coverage.
