Kalene Dunn is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in December 2024. She began her insurance career in 2019 with California Casualty, writing personal lines in 44 states. Kalene considers herself to be a lifelong learner and is looking forward to the daily opportunities offered by Inszone to expand her knowledge and expertise within the insurance industry. She currently has her QCLS (Qualified Commercial Lines Specialist) designation and is working on her PCIA (Professional Commercial Insurance Advisor) designation. She prides herself in her exceptional customer service skills and her strong ability to empathize with her customers, all while keeping a smile and an upbeat, positive attitude. She specializes in tailored policy recommendations and thrives on the challenge of creating customized solutions for every customer. Lee’s Summit has been home to Kalene her entire life, from attending Underwood Elementary to completing her studies at MCC-Longview Community College. She is thrilled to continue her insurance experience here in her hometown.
Kalene is passionate about her work and the opportunities it brings to grow and serve clients effectively.
During her free time, Kalene loves spending quality time with her boyfriend, Zach, and their dogs – Oliver and Tolkien, and spending time with friends and family. You can find Kalene regularly at any of the Pure Barre workout classes in Lee’s Summit; when it’s warm out, you can always find her somewhere near the water.
