HR Coordinator
Samone Senior is an HR Coordinator at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in September 2023. Samone graduated in 2016 from California State University San Marcos, achieving a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Sociology. In October 2022, she obtained a Professional in Human Resources certificate and is currently working towards a SHRM-CP certification through an exam preparatory program at California State University San Marcos.
Prior to her role at Inszone, Samone held a position as a storage consultant, specializing in sales and collections for over 2 years. In 2022, she gained valuable Human Resources experience at a daycare facility, functioning as a Human Resources Generalist and fulfilling supervisory and leadership roles. During her tenure in sales, she consistently received secret shopper scores above 90%, reflecting excellent customer service and dedication.
Samone’s strengths lie in her dedication, organization, and honesty as an employee, coupled with a strong work ethic. Balancing a full-time career in her field, her role as a full-time mother to her daughter, and her ongoing education showcase her remarkable multitasking abilities.
In her free time, Samone finds joy in spending quality moments with her daughter, family, and friends. She also pursues her passion for reading and writing whenever time allows, guided by the belief that “every person is born with talent” -Maya Angelou.
