Amanda Croft is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in September 2025. Her professional journey began in corporate training, where she built a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and employee development. She transitioned into the insurance industry as a captive agent, developing an extensive knowledge of insurance products. Later she progressed her career, moving into the independent agency channel, expanding her expertise across multiple carriers and coverage options. Amanda brings more than a decade of experience in the insurance industry and is licensed in all major lines of insurance. She holds Texas Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses and has maintained them while continuously pursuing professional development opportunities. Her expertise includes personal lines insurance, client relationship management, policy reviews, coverage analysis, customer retention strategies, business development, sales coaching, agent training, and operational process improvement. She is particularly skilled at simplifying complex topics, creating meaningful client relationships, and helping organizations improve both efficiency and customer experience. Amanda is actively involved in professional networking and community engagement throughout the Houston area, volunteering for St. Jude’s and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and participating in her church’s community outreach.

Her goal is to understand each client’s unique needs, educate them on their options, and help them find the right balance between protection and affordability. She does this by listening so that she can build trust and long-term relationships.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new places, and finding her next adventure. Whether it’s kayaking, biking, attending live music events, or relaxing near the water, she loves experiences that create lasting memories. She is a lifelong Houston sports fan who proudly supports the Astros and Texans. Amanda is also passionate about animal rescue, working with local dog rescue groups and occasionally fostering dogs. She is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and has been sky diving, cliff diving, underwater cave diving, and much more.
