Craig Baumgartner is a Senior Personal Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Tri-Cities Insurance Professionals. A graduate in Risk Management & Insurance from Washington State University in 1999, Craig boasts over 25 years of experience in customer service and sales, including 12 years of owning and managing his previous agency.
Throughout his insurance career, Craig has received recognition and awards for sales leadership and assisting carriers in researching products and continuity. He is thrilled to be a part of Inszone, eager to continue growing and serving his clients. Craig’s approach centers on making people feel comfortable and confident, emphasizing his dedication to working for and with them.
Outside of work, Craig is passionate about coaching and training boys and girls youth basketball. He enjoys traveling on cruise lines, visiting the world’s largest entertainment parks, and regularly attending Washington State University athletic events with family and friends. Go Cougs!
