Haylee McCoy is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Insurance Resources Group in Olathe, KS. She has been licensed in personal lines insurance since 2016 and life insurance since 2023.
Her mission is to ensure you understand exactly what you are paying for by prioritizing thoroughness, timeliness, and deep industry knowledge because you should to feel completely confident in your coverage so you can do the things you love with peace of mind.
For Haylee, that looks like soaking in the starlight and mountain air in the heart of the Rockies every chance she gets but, on the average day, it looks more like wrangling her 3 energetic kids and her “long-bodied” security team (four very opinionated Dachshunds).
Haylee is a firm believer that time is our most valuable currency, so she makes sure her weekends are well-spent. You’ll usually find her diving into a 1,000 piece puzzle on Friday nights, exploring the hidden gems of the community with her family on Saturdays, and – her favorite – game night on Sundays to wrap up the weekend. She is an Uno fanatic and avid collector, with a collection reaching nearly 200 unique Uno decks!

I work in the insurance industry, I get it. Rate increases are inevitable.
