Nickole Duker is a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Belfair – Arnold Smith Insurance. She has been licensed in Property, Casualty, Life & Health insurance since 2017 and is currently licensed in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, and California (Casualty only). Nickole’s professional background includes former experience in real estate sales, marketing, and client relations before transitioning into the insurance industry in 2017. Her background in relationship-focused sales and communication has helped build a client-first approach centered around education, responsiveness, and long-term trust. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management through Western Governors University. Nickole specializes in both commercial and personal lines insurance with experience handling complex risks, coverage analysis, and tailored insurance solutions. She is known for strong technical coverage knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Additionally, she is an active member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and Risk Alliance and is involved in community outreach, managing social media and communications for the Grapeview School PTSO to support local programs, fundraising efforts, and community engagement initiatives.
Nickole believes the best way to help clients is to truly listen first. Her goal is to understand their operations, concerns, and pain points so she can provide thoughtful solutions that not only address coverage gaps but also make the insurance process easier and less overwhelming. She prides herself on being responsive, detail-oriented, and someone clients can genuinely rely on.
In her free time, Nickole enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, three cats, a dog, and a chicken, along with movies, TV, and coaching youth softball when she can.
