Branch Manager
Tatum Marlatt is a Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2025 after the merger of Woodward, OK – SBG-SBS Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, LLC. She has been in the insurance industry for 8 years, starting as a marketing director for a Farmers Agency. That role evolved into marketing for a health benefits and independent agency, promoting all lines of business in personal, commercial, and health coverage. Through her marketing efforts, the agencies saw upwards of 60% annual growth. Tatum also has experience in administrative duties including contract, licensing, HR, and employee management. Previously, she was a financial director in the non-profit sector where she oversaw financial duties and payroll, and has experience in fundraising and event planning for events with up to 6,000 people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where she was named Outstanding Senior of her graduating class. Her key skills include local marketing, event planning, public relations, and management. Tatum has served on the Board of Directors for The Pregnancy Center, a local nonprofit in Woodward, and has been a worship leader at her local church for 24 years. An event she began in 2019 has won a state award from the Oklahoma Main Street Program.
Tatum is passionate about ensuring each and every client feels important and respected. She believes building relationships with the customer base has been the key to success. Her personal philosophy is that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, and she strives to be a light wherever she goes, inspiring others to believe in the goodness of God.
In her free time, Tatum enjoys lifting weights, cheering for her favorite sports teams, and spending time with her family, especially her grandson Major. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 29 years, and they have four children aged 27, 24, 22, and 13, with another grandchild on the way.
