Richard Ford is a Senior Surety Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2024. For many years, Richard has worked as a Producer in the Surety industry, serving clients across all 50 states by providing contract bonds to both new and seasoned contractors. His prior experience as a contractor in California, where he completed over 120 projects working with school districts, has given him invaluable insight into the unique challenges faced by contractors, especially when working with government entities.
Richard’s extensive experience in both contracting and the surety bond industry allows him to provide advice tailored to his clients’ needs, helping them navigate the bonding process to expand their businesses. His goal is to make a significant, positive difference in their operations by understanding the many challenges contractors face and delivering great service that builds long-term relationships.
In his free time, Richard enjoys golfing, hiking, boating, and traveling. He is also passionate about volunteering, having been a Rotarian for 20 years. Richard has contributed to numerous charitable causes, including supporting students, providing meals to families in need, and assisting global efforts in Haiti, Ukraine, and disease eradication. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his young golden retriever, Indie, and finds joy in giving back to the community.
