Amanda Neumann is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in October 2023 after the merger with American Heritage Agency Inc. Amanda attended North Central Kansas Technical College after graduating from Hays High School, where she received multiple certifications in the Health and Early Education fields.
Before transitioning to the insurance industry, Amanda accumulated years of experience in customer service and project management. Notably, she worked as a lead teacher in an early education classroom, enhancing her leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Amanda is deeply passionate about her involvement with a local domestic violence organization. Additionally, she has dedicated her time to volunteering and advocating at numerous fundraising and awareness events over the years.
Amanda believes her diverse prior experiences, coupled with her friendly attitude, accountability, and strong communication skills, provide a robust foundation for delivering exceptional customer experience.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys a variety of crafting, baking, hiking, watching movies, and spending quality moments with her husband and their three pets.
