Randy Hunt
Benefits Team Lead
Randy Hunt is a Benefits Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining in March 2025. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration in Marketing from CSU Northridge and has earned the FLMI and ACS designations from LOMA. With over a decade of experience in employee benefits, Randy previously managed groups from 2 to 2,000 employees at Barkley, an Alera Insurance Agency. His background also includes senior roles with a start-up carrier, recognized by Fast Company Magazine as one of the “World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies,” and with a major carrier supporting national clients, including the City of Los Angeles, Northrop Grumman, Albertsons, and Stanford University, each with 10,000 or more employees.
Randy is passionate about delivering exceptional service and strategic benefits solutions to employer groups of all sizes. His depth of knowledge and wide-ranging experience enable him to navigate complex benefits needs and bring added value to both his team and clients. He also remains actively involved in the insurance industry through his leadership in the Ventura County chapter of CAHIP (California Agents and Health Insurance Professionals), where he has served as Treasurer.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and their dog. He loves hiking, exploring nature, visiting museums, reading inspirational books, and watching UCLA Bruins games. A hot rod enthusiast, he also attends car shows. Randy supports the Samaritan Center in Simi Valley, CA, and has volunteered as a reading tutor at the local library.
