With over eight years of experience in the insurance industry, she helps individuals, families, and business owners navigate risk with clarity and confidence. Crystal holds a degree from The Ohio State University, where she strengthened her analytical, strategic, and communication skills — all of which continue to inform her approach to advising clients through today’s evolving financial and insurance landscape. She also holds an accomplished Managing General Agent license.
