As the founder of Loft & Co. in 2007, he successfully built the agency into a $33 million premium firm, overseeing five acquisitions during his leadership, making him the perfect addition to the Inszone Insurance leadership team. Scott’s academic background includes a double major in Economics and Business from Coe College and an MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Drake University. He also holds the CLCS designation, underscoring his deep understanding of commercial lines insurance.
