Josephine Johnson is a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. She has been in the insurance industry since 1995 in personal lines. Josephine started her career with Foremost Insurance as an inside marketing representative where she then moved up to a senior district manager and later into project management for the launch of their web portal Foremost Star. After 7 years, she relocated to Mesa, Arizona, where she worked for MBA Insurance specializing in RV and Motorcycle rental insurance. She was hired to help launch the motorcycle rental program and retired from MBA Insurance after 20 years of service. Josephine holds a high school diploma and has completed some college. She prides herself on honesty and customer service, always listening and following through. Her personal achievements include being recognized as one of Foremost Finest / Eagle and sales rep of the month many times, and she has been spotlighted in industry magazines when working in the RV industry. She volunteers for St. Vincent de Paul, helping families with food, rental assistance, and special holiday programs, reflecting her love to give back and help others in need.
Josephine’s approach to her clients is to listen, understand their needs, and suggest the best products available to make each client feel comfortable. She is passionate about her work and committed to providing excellent service.
In her free time, Josephine enjoys reading, walking on the beach, spending time with family and friends, and trying new things.
