Cindy Coleman serves as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Inszone Insurance Services, a role she assumed in December 2024 following the merger with UFCU Insurance Services. Over two decades, she built UFCU Insurance Services into one of the nation’s most respected credit union–based insurance agencies, growing it organically until its acquisition by Inszone.
Cindy began her career in commercial insurance with a focus on construction and agriculture, developing a strong foundation to serve clients with both insight and care. She also brings extensive experience in banking and credit unions, which has shaped her belief that every interaction by her team is a direct reflection on their business partners. For her, the client journey is paramount—every experience must be first class, built on trust and genuine service.
Throughout her career, Cindy has been recognized by several of the national carriers as a leader in the industry and is regularly invited to serve on advisory boards to help shape the landscape of P&C insurance. Her journey has been guided by honesty and a servant-leader approach, with people and relationships at the center of her work. She believes that lasting achievement is measured by the value created for others, and she continues to bring integrity, collaboration, and care to her role at Inszone Insurance Services.
