Kelli Caldwell
Branch Manager
Kelli Caldwell is a Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025 after the merger with Employee Benefits Advantage. Kelli brings 30 years of experience in employee benefits, beginning her career as a Benefits Specialist at a large company. She has worked at some of the largest brokerage houses, including Marsh and Gallagher, and in 2005, Kelli co-founded Employee Benefits Advantage. Over the past 20 years, she has become the sole owner of the company until its recent merger.
Kelli is deeply committed to providing excellent service to her clients, fostering strong relationships and loyalty. Her years of experience on both the employer and brokerage sides of the industry allow her to offer valuable insights and solutions that make her clients’ jobs easier. She finds great satisfaction in being the first point of contact for her clients and ensuring they receive top-notch assistance.
In her free time, Kelli enjoys strength training, hiking, reading, and boating. Besides, she is an avid reader with a particular love for historical fiction. Additionally, Kelli is passionate about giving back to her community. Alzeheimer’s Assocation, walk to end Alzeheimers is a project dear to Kelli’s heart. Her mother currently resides in memory care and is always Kelli’s biggest fan. Kelli is also involved with the Assistance League of Tulsa Operation School Bell program, and in 2025, they helped support Project Hope Worldwide.
