Brandi Bettis is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025 after the merger of Hot Springs – Arkansas Best Insurance Agency. She started as an admin assistant with State Farm and moved to an independent agency, ABI, in 2006 where she was licensed within 60 days. From 2006 to 2017, she worked as a personal lines CSR and became an agent/producer in 2017. Brandi has been in the insurance business for 22 years and with the same company for 20 years as of January. She has done personal lines insurance in depth for almost 20 years and has gradually delved into commercial lines. She received her CIC designation in 2020. Brandi has been recognized as insurance agent of the year or runner up from 2019 to present, awarded the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the quarter in 2018 and Ambassador of the year in 2019, nominated for Woman of the Year 2024 with the Chamber, and nominated for foster family of the year in 2023. She is an active member of the Hot Springs Leadership Class XXXIII and participates in various community and industry activities including directing the Christmas for Kids program, serving on The CALL Advisory Board, working with the nursery/preschool at Hot Springs Baptist Church, and volunteering for the Hot Springs Board of Realtors Fishing Derby for Special Needs Children.
Brandi is very much a people person and loves helping her clients take care of all aspects of their lives from their homes and autos to their businesses. She believes in treating and advising everyone as if they were her only family, keeping their best interests at heart, and being straightforward and honest with customers and colleagues. Her personal philosophy is that the truth will always be found out, and she is passionate about protecting some of the largest assets most people have in their lives.
In her free time, Brandi enjoys doing crafts and woodworking, played softball until her body said it was done, and watches her kids participate in tennis, golf, band, and other activities. She and her family have been an open foster home since 2022, having cared for about 20 kids with 5 full-time placements. Brandi aims to continue to meet and exceed her previous achievements while maintaining strong relationships with her clients.
