With over 30 years in Employee Benefits, Ayesha helps companies build benefit programs that people actually like—without breaking the budget. Over the past thirty years as a consultant, she has partnered with leadership teams to rethink healthcare strategies, optimize retirement plans, and simplify complex compliance topics. Her goal is simple: remove the renewal pains, negotiate the best vendor contracts, and design a total rewards package that helps attract and keep top talent. Her professional philosophy is anchored in the Golden Rule: she treats every client with the exact same caring expertise, transparency, and dedication that she would expect for her own business.
