Christopher Littell is a Head of Recruiting at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in October 2023. Christopher holds a degree in Business Management with honors and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. Chris leads recruiting efforts for Inszone in the company’s first full-time talent acquisition role. Chris firmly believes in the significance of both technical fit and cultural fit in building and sustaining a successful, scalable organization.
Over his impressive 20-year career, Chris has held roles in Human Resources and Learning and Organizational Development, collaborating with both local and international companies such as VISA, United Parcel Service, and CapitalOne. Notably, he earned the SAMMY Award for training excellence at CapitalOne within his first 90 days.
Recognized as a forward-thinking innovator, Chris implemented his company’s inaugural remote New Hire Training Program in 2009, a decade before the widespread adoption of remote work. Currently residing in Tampa, Florida, Chris most recently led human resources and training efforts at a statewide property and casualty insurer, adding to a series of leadership roles held since 2007. Chris has received the Outstanding Performance and Learning Award from the Suncoast Chapter of The Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD) on two occasions.
In his free time, Chris indulges in his passion for music, cherishes moments with family, and explores culinary pursuits.
