After graduating from Willow Canyon High School in Surprise, AZ, in 2018, Xylon began his career with a focus on customer service. He gained significant experience as a Senior Customer Service Manager for a leading window manufacturer and installer before relocating to Texas in 2023 to work with a custom home builder. Xylon’s dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail has shaped his professional journey, and he is now focused on applying those skills to help clients navigate their commercial insurance needs.
Xylon is passionate about building lasting relationships and trust with clients, helping them manage risks with strategic guidance. His years of experience in customer service have equipped him with the ability to handle challenges with confidence, ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and exceptional service.
In his free time, Xylon enjoys jogging, hiking through nature, and spending quality time with family and friends.
