Beth Hasenfang is a Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in October 2023. Beth graduated from The College of DuPage with a major in Liberal Arts. With over 7 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, her focus has always been in Group Health Account Management. Beth has skillfully managed groups ranging from 2 to 5,000 people, gaining valuable expertise in handling both large group accounts at BCBSIL and smaller groups at Midwest Insurance Brokerage Service. Her preference now lies in working with small to Mid-Market groups.
Before venturing into the insurance field, Beth served as the office manager at various doctors’ offices. At her core, she is a dedicated customer service professional, having worked in various customer service roles throughout her career. Beth is known for her friendly and sympathetic approach, particularly when assisting clients with the important and often challenging aspects of Health Insurance. Beth is committed to ensuring her clients know she is always available to assist them and diligently strives to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
In her free time, Beth enjoys taking long hikes and traveling with her boyfriend, with whom she explores various locations. Over the past couple of years, they have ventured across the country and visited tropical destinations. Beth also values spending quality time with her friends and family, often embarking on cruises and enjoying the company of loved ones. Beth’s interests include watching comedy and scary movies.
