Serena Pacheco is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in October 2023. With over 30 years of experience in the Insurance industry. Serena began her career in 1987 and has worked her way up through various roles, gaining valuable experience in Colorado, Texas, and California. In 2015, Serena achieved her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Business Management through part-time education.
Returning to her hometown of Pueblo, Colorado, Serena cherishes the relationships she has built with colleagues, underwriters, and clients. Serena’s passion lies in problem-solving and assisting clients, coupled with a dedication to sharing her wealth of experience and knowledge.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Serena is a proud mother to three sons. As a single mom with all of her children now adults, she stays busy by volunteering with the Pueblo Police Department and enjoying activities like Zumba, swimming, bike riding, and long walks. Serena’s diverse interests also include her faith, allegiance to the Denver Broncos, and enthusiasm for the Denver Nuggets. Serena’s life is a dynamic blend of professional success, family pride, and personal pursuits.
