The best experience ever. my wife recommended Desiree because she got her insurance through her. Im still waiting for two agents to call me back. and my wife said call Desirre she will do it right away. so sure did. my wife send her a message yesterday. today she called me and got it done. no hassled asked what I needed and she got to work right away.. I enjoyed speaking to Desiree on Thursday 12-07-2023. Ms. Desiree Osborne has (I told her this) a wonderful, very easily understood voice and her communication skills were all that you would like in when speaking to individuals about Health Care. Although, it is the last day to pick & choose and make any changes in status in health care provisions. I knew this as well, and Ms. Osborne told me that people change their health care insurance/coverage in January which as she referred to “buyers remorse.” Well put, I would say. She immediately emailed me so that I could inform her of those medical practices where I receive some type of medical care. I had explained my current concerns with my current / past insurance coverage. Ms. Osborne said she I will provide a response so I can evaluate my be current coverage / costs and I wold provide input of physicians, specialists, and other that I see for my health care.
