Erica Lee is the Midwest Service Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in March 2025. She holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from NEIU and is currently pursuing her MBA. Erica is also working toward her CSFS (Certified Self-Funding Specialist) designation.
She is passionate about building strong client relationships and leading her team with knowledge, empathy, and efficiency. Erica’s dedication to professional growth drives her to continually improve and deliver excellent service.
In her free time, Erica enjoys camping, beachcombing, biking, and kayaking. A devoted dog mom to her two Shih Tzus, Margaret and Eli. She is also passionate about animal welfare and supports the Garrido Stray Rescue Foundation.
