Senior Benefits Account Manager
Patty Halsey is a Senior Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in May 2024 after the merger with Cascade Insurance Center. Originally from San Diego, CA, Patty relocated to Bend in 2005 to embrace the allure of a beautiful four-season climate. She pursued her education at the University of San Diego and San Diego State University’s Graduate School of Communication.
Passionate about serving students, clients, and her community, Patty has a diverse background. During her academic years, she led a multi-cultural Arts program, taught Speech Communication, coached debate, and managed an international team of graduate student teachers. Her dedication to community service extended to roles with Rotary International and as a statewide Trainer/Facilitator with the A.D.L. (Anti-Defamation League).
Since settling in Bend, Patty has collaborated with prominent local employers and non-profits, including Ronald McDonald House Charities, Les Schwab, NAVIS (now Revinate), and the Bend Chamber of Commerce. As a distinguished graduate of Leadership Bend, she actively contributes to the Bend Ronald McDonald House’s “Meals from the Heart” program and supports organizations like City Club in their mission for respectful, non-partisan public discourse.
In her time off, Patty and her husband, Dave, a proud veteran, share a passion for fishing, hunting, Renaissance Faires, home-brewing, and supporting veteran’s organizations like Central Oregon’s Veteran’s Ranch. An unabashed enthusiast of musical theater and a vocal performer, Patty occasionally graces local cabarets and musical productions. She finds fulfillment in her role with Cascade’s Health and Life team, assisting individuals and small group employers with their health insurance and Medicare needs.

She recently went above and beyond to help me when she could have easily said it was out of her jurisdiction. I have worked with your company for years and am relocating. The medical I currently have is not accepted in Fl. She researched what was accepted and found agents that came highly recommended. She even went one step further to talk to an agent to get details about plans in Fl. I can’t tell you what a huge help it was for me to have someone pick up the ball and run with it without anyone asking. Saying she is pro and proactive is not enough. When you are in the throughs of packing boxes, and all that goes with it, it was a blessing to have someone help in such a huge way.
