Tammy Schweitzer is a Senior Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025 after the merger with Dodge City – Parker-Haskins Insurance, Inc. With over 46 years of experience in the insurance industry, Tammy brings deep knowledge and a well-rounded background to her role. She began her career at Cimarron Insurance Company in their typing pool back when typewriters were still in use. In 1985, she transitioned into the role of Assistant Underwriter and was promoted to Lead Underwriter in 1989. Tammy remained with Cimarron through its acquisition by American Fidelity before moving to the agency side of the business in January 1998, joining Parker-Haskins as a Commercial Lines Agent. In addition to her commercial work, she supported Donna Haskins with health and life insurance clients and later assumed responsibility for those lines upon Donna’s retirement. Tammy holds an Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation earned in 1989, a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from 1993, and has been licensed in Property & Casualty since 1998 and Life & Health since 2004.
Tammy is passionate about helping small groups secure the best possible group health and supplemental coverage for their employees. She excels at explaining complex benefits in a clear, approachable way, supporting employees through enrollments, and ensuring clients feel confident in their coverage decisions. Her decades of experience, attention to detail, and client-first mindset make her a trusted advisor and a valuable resource to both her clients and her team.
In her free time, Tammy Schweitzer enjoys spending time away from the office, relaxing, and appreciating life outside of work. She values balance, meaningful connections, and taking time to recharge, bringing that same steady and thoughtful approach back into her professional life.
