Adrian possesses a diverse business background that includes over 20 years in corporate administrative positions such as VP of Administration, Corporate Administrator, Office Manager, Project Management Administrator, and Executive Assistant. She has 3 years of industry experience and holds certifications as a Wiley Everything DiSC Workplace facilitator, Texas Public Notary, P&C Insurance licensee, and Master Mortgage Underwriter. Adrian has a proven track record of guiding business owners and C-Suite executive leaders to shine. She is the implementer who finds great joy in helping others be successful and is often known around the office as the “hot pink duct tape” for her superpower of finding the right place for all the pieces and creating a beautiful ensemble.
Every client is treated like family. It’s Adrian’s personal and professional obligation to provide the most honest, transparent options to meet her client’s life season. She is passionate about changing the way her clients view insurance by educating them, providing clear communication, and making sure they know she is on their side, hoping to influence many individuals’ perspectives about insurance.
In her free time, Adrian enjoys the beach and mountains, a good massage, and has a love for animals. She even owned a petting zoo and pony rides company for a while! Her family is involved at Stonewater Church where she serves in Kids Ministry as Camp Director and Service Lead and with the Central Men’s team helping organize and facilitate men’s events. She is expecting her first grandchild in December.
