Cyndy Pierson
Benefits Insurance Specialist
Cyndy is a Benefits Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services. She joined Inszone in August 2022 following the merger with Pierson & Associates Insurance Services. She attended North Salinas High School, followed by Hartnell College.
Cyndy has represented Salinas Valley in a variety of community roles, such as Salinas Rotary Club (2022 Cog of the Year) California Rodeo Salinas, California International Airshow and as a counselor for Junior Achievement.
Her sense of style was recognized early in her career. A Fashion Conspiracy store manager at an early age, Cyndy advanced into a fashion buyer position in San Diego. Soon she was headed to St. Louis to be a buyer for Edison Bros. and then on to Chicago in the same role for the 1000 store accessory chain, Claire’s Boutiques. Part of her job required product development and that took her to New York, Taiwan, Korea, and Hong Kong.
In 1996, Cyndy joined her husband, Randy, at his father’s insurance agency. As a co-owner of Pierson & Associates Insurance Services, she specialized in building employee benefits packages and she quickly found that her creative nature and customer service instincts from her retail career were the perfect fit for the insurance industry. She has also built a large following in senior health benefits.
Cyndy lives by the axioms, always do what is in the best interest of the customer. The employer is our customer but, so too, are their valued employees. She firmly believe that service excellence means going beyond what is expected.
