Kim Wood is a Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist / Branch Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Checotah Insurance Agency. Kim began her insurance journey in 2016 when she and her husband acquired an agency in Oklahoma. Within three years, the agency expanded, including Wood Insurance Agency, spanning multiple counties.
Prior to her insurance career, Kim dedicated 18 years to educating young minds in elementary education, holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. Making a career change in 2016, she has since grown their agencies across the state of Oklahoma.
Kim proudly serves as a board member of the Stigler Chamber of Commerce, actively contributing to community growth. Known for her dedication to excellence, she brings a strong work ethic and compassionate heart to her roles.
In her free time, Kim enjoys creating lasting memories at the lake with her family and planning the perfect getaways through her passion for researching vacations.
