Amy Hieatt is an Executive VP – North American Health Care Practice Leader at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in September 2023. In her role, Amy is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of Inszone’s national healthcare liability vertical, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Over the past 20+ years, Amy has dedicated her career to the property and casualty insurance sector, focusing extensively on the Medical Professional Liability and Professional Liability sectors. Prior to her role at Inszone, she served as the Managing Director at Connected Risk Solutions (formerly ABRisk Solutions), a national wholesale brokerage. Before that, Amy led Business Development efforts for NORCAL Group’s Admitted and E&S business lines, managing teams across four regional offices nationwide. She initially entered the insurance field on the retail side, holding the position of Executive Vice President at a regional retail agency that specialized in healthcare liability insurance.

Amy’s remarkable journey in insurance, spanning over two decades, is marked by her commitment to servant leadership, her impressive track record of achieving growth and retention, and her dedication to mentoring high-performing collaborative teams. Her expertise in the medical professional liability sector has earned her the admiration of her peers, recognizing her as a visionary leader and expert in the field.

In her time off, Amy is passionate about outdoor activities, advocating for animal rights, and finds joy in traveling and reading.

Katelyn Haniotes is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in December 2021 after the merger with Desert Mountain Insurance Services, Inc. Katelyn takes pride in providing quality customer service to her clients. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Youth Ministry from Grand Canyon University in December 2019. She is dedicated to helping others and has taken insurance as her route to fulfill that passion.

She has taken her prior experience as a Manager at Dutch Brothers Coffee to provide her current clients with quality products in a timely manner. Her goal as an insurance agent is to help her clients find the best coverage while making the experience as easy and enjoyable for them as possible.

During her off time, Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors such as hiking or camping, spending quality time with her close companions, and has recently taken up line dancing as a hobby.

Bryanna Munoz is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in April 2023. Possessing a robust 13-year history in the service sector, which encompasses positions in managing restaurants and bars as well as spearheading training initiatives, Bryanna contributes an abundance of valuable expertise to her present position.

In her time off, Bryanna indulges in her passion for animals, particularly cats. She also cherishes moments spent with her family, including her 7-year-old niece named Alyssa and her 6-year-old nephew named Hudson. Apart from her family, Bryanna’s interests extend to activities like antique and vintage shopping, as well as exploring plant markets.

Cindy Bunch is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Practice Secure Insurance. Holding a degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, Cindy entered the insurance industry in June 1994 as an assistant secretary at the local Farm Bureau office. Her journey includes experiences in Guam and obtaining her P&C license in 2000.

Transitioning to the independent agent field in 2002, Cindy has since excelled in various roles. She continued her career, starting in 2005 as a personal lines CSR and later obtaining her General Lines Life and Health license in 2012. Cindy worked in the Employee Benefits department as an account manager until 2022. Subsequently, she joined Inszone as the Program Manager overseeing dental malpractice, employee benefits, life, and disability books.

Her primary goal is to provide outstanding experience for her doctor clients, assisting with insurance quotes, coverage updates, and claims processes. Always just a phone call away, she ensures her clients can focus on their patients.

In her free time, she enjoys spending moments with family, friends, and two Corgis. As empty nesters, she and her husband love traveling, attending concerts, hockey games, and movies. Her favorite retreat is any beach.
