Inszone Insurance Services Acquires Bogdonov Insurance

SACRAMENTO, Ca. — Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of personal and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Bogdonov Insurance of Sacramento.

Bogdonov Insurance founded by Ann Sturdivant becomes one of three recent acquisitions in the state of California. Inszone Insurance expects to complete a number of important transactions in the upcoming months as it continues to build its national presence. The addition of Bogdonov Insurance further enhances Inszone’s strong presence in California
