Bobby Sabeh is a Training Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in July 2023. With over 15 years of experience in the financial sector as a Learning and Development Specialist and Corporate Trainer, Bobby is no stranger to helping others reach their full potential. His dedication to supporting individuals on their journey to success is unwavering.
Bobby’s career path started after he attended the Art Institute of California, San Diego, where he earned a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design. While working closely with his clients, he discovered his natural talent for coaching and guiding others towards achieving their goals. This realization led him to the financial industry, where he began his journey with Wells Fargo Bank in 2004. There, he played a pivotal role in guiding team members in retail banking locations nationwide during the Wachovia Wells Fargo merger. Bobby’s unique insights and coaching abilities helped cultivate a supportive work environment, fostering engaged and creative team members.
In 2018, Bobby redirected his passion to the insurance industry, specializing in Personal Lines Insurance. Leveraging his strengths, he played a crucial role in developing a Standard Operating Procedure for agency departments, setting the foundation for success for all team members. In 2023, Bobby embarked on a new adventure, relocating to the great state of Texas, and becoming an integral part of the Inszone Insurance team as a Training Specialist. In this role, he takes pride in deepening employee relationships and helping individuals grow professionally.
In his time off, he finds joy in spending time at home and with friends. When he ventures out on his travels, he prefers to explore off the beaten path, seeking unique experiences. An aspiration close to his heart is one day receiving an invitation to Buckingham Palace.
