Sara Evans is the Regional President – Mountain West at Inszone Insurance Services, bringing over two decades of extensive experience in various sectors of the insurance industry. She attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and her commitment to professional growth and excellence is marked by accolades such as the All-American Agent and JD Power Agent awards.

In her current role at Inszone, Sara plays a pivotal part in overseeing operations in the state of Arizona. She is dedicated to strategically recruiting, training, and motivating each team member to excel in their roles, with a keen emphasis on fostering strong customer relationships. Sara believes that a customer-centric approach is essential for the Arizona team to consistently deliver an exceptional experience to all clients.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Sara places great importance on spending leisure time with her husband and two children.

Erika Roys is the VP of Arizona at Inszone Insurance Services. Erika is originally from Lima, Peru, where she attended Law School at UNIFE University. Erika began her professional career in the insurance industry in 2010 as an Insurance Representative for a reputable insurance agency in Pacific Grove, CA. She brings more than a decade of experience in both personal and commercial lines. Erika currently holds a Certification in Commercial Lines (CLIC) and a Workers’ Compensation Insurance Professional (WCIP) designation and is looking forward to expanding her education. She has been in management roles for almost a decade leading Commercial Lines Teams for well-known agencies. Erika has also directed the implementation of new procedures, software, and third-party services for her prior agencies to help improve their staff efficiency.

Erika is very passionate about insurance. She enjoys assisting her clients with risk analysis, providing the most appropriate coverages and best rates possible. As an established leader, Erika understands trust and support are fundamental factors to a successful team. Her continued focus is to mentor her team in their professional growth in Commercial Lines.

Erika loves music and taught herself to play the guitar at the age of 15. She enjoys road trips and vacations at mountain retreats with her husband and two fur-babies, Junior & Oscar, and visiting her family in her homeland, Peru.

Rick Van Oppen is a Business Unit Manager for Inszone’s Architects and Engineers Practice, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Van Oppen and Co. 2. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College, Walla Walla, WA, and is a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). Specializing in comprehensive Property & Casualty Insurance for Architects, Engineers, and Environmental Service Firms, Rick also coordinates Risk Control support services for Inszone insured clients.

Before the merger, Rick founded and managed VOCO2 from 2008 to 2023. The firm was dedicated to providing Architects, Engineers, and Environmental clients with affordable and proactive insurance solutions and Risk Control services with insured clients nationwide and in Canada.

In his time off, Rick enjoys family time, splitting his days between the Central Coast of California, where his wife teaches Elementary school in San Luis Obispo, and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Rich DeMusis is a Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in January 2024 after the merger with Van Oppen & Co 2.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Health Care Administration from Providence College. He is known for building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. Richard is recognized as a trusted advisor in the industry. Additionally, he serves on the board of EPIC (Environmental Professional Industry Charities) and actively participates in professional associations. Richard holds the position of Vice President on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association for Environmental Professionals (RMAEP).

Richard has a solid 8-year tenure at ERIS and another 6 years at EDR, where he provided environmental risk information to firms in the Environmental and Engineering sectors. He has brought his 14 years of experience working with environmental and engineering clients to Van Oppen & Co. to assist with their insurance and risk control needs. Rich has over 25 years of expertise in business development, client relations, and client support. Recently, he acquired a license as an insurance broker.

In his free time, Richard enjoys exploring restaurants, particularly as a pizza enthusiast, and cooking Italian food. He also attends concerts and sports events, passionately supporting his favorite New York teams in Denver.

Paige Salatino is a Commercial Sales Team Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. An insurance professional whose career has spanned over 20 years. Originally getting her start in 2002, Paige began in personal insurance field and crossed over into commercial lines and bonds where she has focused for the greater part of her career. Paige has written a wide variety of policies for Beauty/Barber Shops, Restaurants, Lessors Risks, Contractors, Non-Profits, Workers Compensation, Directors & Officers Liability and Business Auto.

Paige truly enjoys working with individuals and businesses, and prides herself in being determined, hardworking and loyal to her customers. Whether you are a small business or a large corporation, you can count on Paige for quality service.

Paige joined Inszone in May 2021 after the merger with Williams Insurance Services, Inc. Paige hit the ground running and was selected as Inszone’s 2021 Champion of Change.  In the Spring of 2024 Paige was promoted to AM Team lead and leads the service team for Inszone’s A&E Group.

Paige is married to her husband who retired from military duty in 2013. A proud mother of two children – one boy and one girl. On her time off, Paige enjoys family time, BBQs and gaming with her kids.

Lauren Rodgers is a Commercial Account Manager Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services. She has been in the insurance industry since 2006, with over 17 years of experience under her belt. She started her career as an insurance assistant with Alfa Insurance in Albany, Georgia. After relocating to California with her active duty Marine husband in 2008, she joined Williams Insurance Service to assist with administrative duties. In 2011, Lauren obtained her license and has continued to expand her insurance knowledge. She specializes in coverage for unique properties in non-standard markets and investment properties. Lauren loves getting to know her clients and their insurance needs and takes pride in her customer service skills.

Lauren joined Inszone in May 2021 after the merger with Williams Insurance Services, Inc. Due to her impressive skills, she was recruited to the Architects & Engineers team and later promoted in the spring of 2024 to Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager. Mastering the Account Manager position, she was then promoted again in June 2025. She currently holds the position of Commercial Account Manager Team Lead for Inszone’s A&E Group.

On her time off, Lauren enjoys antiquing, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son and two dogs.

Samantha Coplan is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in January 2024 after the merger with Van Oppen & Co. 2. Over the years, Samantha held various roles, excelling in customer service, account management, and office administration.

Samantha has managed a wide array of accounts, specializing in architects engineers and environmental service clients. She is also familiar with surety bonds. Samantha is committed to providing excellent customer service, fostering teamwork, and supporting her team’s needs.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, engaging in activities like watching movies with her kids and relishing beach moments.

Tessa Russell is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July 2025. She started out as a receptionist straight out of high school and quickly decided to get licensed and begin working in the professional field for Commercial Lines. She has worked for a few years as a Customer Service Representative and in 2020 began working as an Account Manager. With 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry, Tessa has come from a generalist background and had a wide variety of clients, specializing in contractors. She has acquired a CISR Elite designation through Alliance Risk & Education and is looking forward to growing in the Architect & Engineer field. Tessa has taken a few years of and enjoys American Sign Language.

Tessa believes open communication with clients presents the best customer service. She is passionate about bringing knowledge to insureds regarding their scope of work and making sure they are covered in all that they do in their day-to-day operations. Her goal is to ensure her clients know she is there for them with any questions they may have. She lives by the philosophy that honesty is the best policy and if she doesn’t have the answer, she will find it. She is excited to grow her expertise in a specific field of work.

In her free time, Tessa spends time at kids’ sports or working out on her farm with four kids, cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens, there isn’t much time for anything else in the day. If she does have any spare quiet time, she enjoys hiking or reading.

Candis Coleman is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in April 2024.  She graduated from Georgia Military College and obtained her CIC designation in 2020. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Candis has worked across various sectors such as construction, manufacturing, real estate development, and restaurants. She transitioned to primarily working with Architects and Engineers in 2022.

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Candis is a devoted fan of all things Atlanta, including the Falcons, Hawks, United, and Braves, not to mention the UGA Dawgs. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and cherishing moments with family and friends. While she doesn’t have children, her lovely shih tzu keeps her on her toes.

Shelby Castro is a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025. She began her professional journey in cancellations before moving to an account manager role specializing in commercial insurance for General Contractors. Shelby came to Inszone to join the Architects & Engineers team to expand her knowledge and progress her career in the insurance industry. She has been in the industry for seven years mainly on the commercial side of insurance and has held her Property & Casualty License since 2022.

Shelby is passionate about her work and believes in simplifying the insurance world for her clients. She sees her role as a translator who strips away complex jargon and convoluted policies to provide clients with absolute clarity. She aims to explain coverage in plain language so clients understand exactly what they are paying for and what they are protected against, believing that an informed client is an empowered client.

In her free time, Shelby enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, making t-shirts and hats through an Etsy shop, and practicing Pilates. Although she has no children or fur babies, she treasures being an aunt, which is her favorite thing in the world.
