Ana Ochoa, a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, who entered the insurance industry through an early administrative role that quickly developed into a meaningful long-term career. Over time, she discovered opportunities to grow professionally, build her skills, and develop lasting client relationships, which have made the work both rewarding and fulfilling. She brings empathy as a core strength to her role, consistently approaching clients and colleagues with care, understanding, and a focus on treating others with respect.

In her day-to-day work, Ana is known for being organized, communicative, and effective at managing tight deadlines. She maintains accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks and staying focused under pressure. Her teamwork style is supportive, collaborative, and dependable, and she is committed to helping others succeed while contributing to a positive and encouraging team culture.

Ana credits her parents as a major influence in her life, instilling discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic that continue to guide her today. She is also proud of earning her Master’s degree while balancing full-time work and additional responsibilities, an achievement that strengthened her persistence and personal growth. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, walking, volunteering, capturing everyday moments, and visiting Disney whenever she can.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ana, and I’ve seen her grow in so many ways, not just professionally, but personally as well. It’s been really special to watch her build such a successful career while also starting a beautiful family.

When Ana first joined the team, she was juggling a lot, learning the insurance industry from the ground up, working another job, and going to school to earn her master’s degree. Even with all of that on her plate, she never missed a beat. She showed up every day with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to help both her teammates and every client she worked with.

What really sets Ana apart is how much she cares about people. She takes the time to understand each client’s situation and always goes the extra mile to make sure they have the right coverage and feel confident in their decisions. She’s incredibly thorough, patient, and trustworthy, exactly the kind of person you want guiding you through something as important as insurance. On top of that, Ana is someone you can always count on. No matter what task or challenge comes her way, she steps up without hesitation and handles it with professionalism and care. Her dedication and reliability make her a huge asset to this company, and honestly, to everyone who works with her.

A: What began as an administrative position quickly evolved into a meaningful career path. Over time, I discovered opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and build lasting relationships, which made the industry both fulfilling and rewarding for me.

Q: In what ways do you think your unique background or experiences contribute to your success in your role?

A: I consider empathy to be one of my strongest qualities, both in and outside of work. I approach every client interaction with care and understanding, treating others the way I would want to be treated. This mindset has helped me build trust and maintain strong, lasting relationships.

A: While there isn’t one specific moment that stands out, managing tight deadlines is a consistent challenge in my role. I overcome this by staying highly organized, communicating clearly, and prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure everything is delivered accurately and on time.

Q: If you could describe your approach to teamwork in three words, what would they be and why?

A: Supportive, collaborative, and dependable. I believe in being someone my team can rely on, working together to achieve shared goals, and offering support wherever it’s needed to help everyone succeed.

A: I genuinely enjoy seeing others succeed and take pride in supporting my teammates. I bring a positive, encouraging energy to the workplace and celebrate wins big or small which helps foster a motivating and supportive team environment.

Q: Who has been the biggest influence or mentor in your life, and what valuable lessons have you learned from them?

A: My parents have been my greatest influence, consistently encouraging me to reach my full potential. While it was sometimes challenging to understand their approach growing up, I now recognize how it shaped my discipline, resilience, and strong work ethic. More recently, my children have also had a profound impact on me. Even at a young age, they’ve taught me the importance of slowing down, being present, and appreciating the moments and lessons that continue to shape both my personal life and the way I approach my work.

Q: What accomplishment are you most proud of in your career so far, and what did it teach you?

A: One of my proudest accomplishments is the growth I’ve achieved by always challenging my limits. I managed to work a full time job, a part time job, all while also embarking on getting my Master’s Degree. I love to challenge myself and that has by far been one of my greatest achievements in life. Not only was I pushed beyond my limit but I also succeeded. Progressing and taking on greater responsibilities has taught me the value of persistence, adaptability, and continuously investing in my own development.

Q: What are some hobbies you do outside of work that you enjoy?

A: Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks, spending time with my family, and capturing everyday moments sometimes like I’m a vlogger. When I am not on cheer mom duty, I love being at Disney with a churro in hand.

Juan holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a minor in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

At Inszone, Juan oversees all aspects of marketing, focusing on building a consistent brand identity and creating successful direct response campaigns. His expertise has helped multiple companies enhance their digital presence, grow lead generation efforts, and strengthen their brand visibility.

A passionate traveler, Juan has visited 25 countries and is an avid scuba diver and bike rider. He believes in working hard to enjoy life to the fullest.
