At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that investing in our local communities is just as important as the work we do in the office. Through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone employees are given paid time off to volunteer and support the non-profit organizations that mean the most to them. This month, we are proud to highlight Todd Lam, who used his CTO to volunteer at Our Lady of La Vang Church’s annual Fall Festival!
Our Lady of La Vang Church is a Catholic non-profit serving the Vietnamese-American community through worship, cultural events, and charitable outreach. The church is a gathering place where faith and culture come together, and its programming reaches well beyond Sunday services into the daily life of the community it serves.
Community Spotlight: Todd Lam Volunteers at Our Lady of La Vang Church’s Fall Festival
Held from October 2nd through October 5th in Houston, Fall Festival 2026, known as Hội Chợ Thu Yêu Thương, is the church’s annual fall charity festival. The event brings the community together around fundraising activities that support church renovations and community outreach programs, making it one of the most important dates on the parish calendar.
Todd spent the festival assisting with food preparation and service, working to support the church’s fundraising efforts while helping create a welcoming experience for everyone who came through. It is the kind of behind-the-scenes work that keeps a multi-day event running and keeps attendees coming back year after year.
As a member of the Vietnamese Catholic community, Todd feels a deep personal connection to Our Lady of La Vang Church. Volunteering at the festival gives him a way to contribute to an organization that reflects who he is and where he comes from.
