At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to strengthen their communities. From October 3–5, 2025, Todd Lam volunteered at Hội Chợ Thu Yêu Thương (Fall Festival 2025) hosted by Our Lady of La Vang Church in Houston.
Our Lady of La Vang is a Catholic nonprofit serving the Vietnamese-American community through religious services, cultural events, and charitable outreach. The annual fall festival raises funds for church renovations and community programs, while bringing families together to celebrate faith, culture, and service.
During the festival, Todd helped prepare and serve food to attendees, supporting the event’s fundraising efforts and ensuring a welcoming experience for guests. His work behind the scenes contributed directly to the success of this cornerstone community gathering.
For Todd, the festival is personal. As a member of the Vietnamese Catholic community, he feels a deep connection to Our Lady of La Vang and the values it represents. Volunteering at the fall festival is a way to give back while celebrating shared traditions and supporting programs that benefit families year-round.
We commend Todd Lam for his dedication to service and community. At Inszone Insurance Services, we’re proud to support employees who make a positive impact through our Charitable Time Off program.
If you’re an Inszone employee interested in volunteering through CTO, please contact HR to learn how to participate.
