At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to give back to their communities. On October 20, 2025, Tina McClary volunteered with Operation School Bell, a program run by the Assistance League of Tulsa, an organization dedicated to “transforming the lives of children and adults through community programs.”
The Assistance League of Tulsa receives grants, corporate donations, and community contributions to fund programs that support local families. Through its flagship program, Operation School Bell, the organization provides new clothing and essential items to elementary school children identified as needing assistance. Each child receives a bag containing school and casual clothing, shoes, socks, gloves, underwear, a coat, and books to start the school year with confidence and comfort.
Tina’s volunteer role included helping assemble these packages, selecting clothing items based on each child’s size and color preferences, and ensuring every student received a thoughtfully packed bag. “In past years, the students were able to come and select their clothes in person,” Tina shared. “Even though this year’s format was different, knowing that these children are still receiving what they need—and that they’re thankful—makes the work incredibly rewarding.”

Tina first became involved with Operation School Bell a few years ago after being invited by former coworkers who were members of the Assistance League. Since then, she has continued to lend her time and care to this cause, helping children in the Tulsa area feel seen, supported, and ready for school.
We commend Tina McClary for her continued generosity and dedication to her community. At Inszone Insurance Services, we’re proud to support employees like Tina who embody our values of compassion, service, and community involvement through our Charitable Time Off program.
