At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that investing in our local communities is just as important as the work we do in the office. Through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone employees are given paid time off to volunteer and support the non-profit organizations that mean the most to them. We are proud to highlight Kristina Fanin, who used her CTO earlier this year to volunteer at Renew In His Presence, a Slavic Christian women’s retreat!
The retreat is hosted by a non-profit Christian ministry that serves women across the country, including survivors of abuse, women facing mental health challenges, and those who are simply burned out. Its work centers on meeting women where they are and giving them the support, community, and spiritual grounding they need to heal.

Community Spotlight: Kristina Fanin Volunteers at the Renew In His Presence Women’s Retreat
Held from April 16th through April 19th, Renew In His Presence brought together women from 11 states. Through prayer, encouragement, praise and worship, therapy, and hands-on workshops, attendees were guided to dig deep, learn to self-regulate, connect with resources and support, and discover lasting healing and renewal in the presence of God.
Kristina kept the retreat running behind the scenes. She handled logistics for every registrant, prepared their welcome gifts, and managed bedding and accommodations for the guest speakers and therapists who flew in for the weekend. With attendees and presenters traveling from across the country, her work made sure everyone arrived to a warm welcome and a place ready for them.
For Kristina, the value of the ministry reaches well beyond the four days of the retreat. She sees how strengthening one woman in her faith and her journey can ripple outward into her family and her community.

“When women are strengthened in their faith and supported in their journeys, they are better equipped to encourage others, serve their communities, and share God’s love,” Kristina shared. “This kind of organization is important because it puts faith into action and creates opportunities for women to experience the love of Christ in practical and meaningful ways.”
We are incredibly proud of Kristina for giving her time to a ministry that offers hope and healing to so many women. Thank you, Kristina, for representing Inszone’s core values and helping make this retreat a place of rest and renewal!
