At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use their Charitable Time Off (CTO) to give back to causes that make a real difference. This September, Dan Fagen and his wife, Maria, participated in the Challenge Walk MS, a 50-mile, three-day fundraising walk benefiting the National MS Society.
The National MS Society plays a vital role in advancing research, offering support services, and connecting individuals living with multiple sclerosis (MS) to resources that improve their quality of life. Through education, advocacy, and community engagement, the organization works tirelessly toward a world free of MS.
Dan and Maria have been personally connected to this cause for nearly two decades. Maria was diagnosed with MS 17 years ago, and together they founded a local MS support group to help others navigate similar challenges. Their involvement with the National MS Society has connected them to medical research opportunities, educational seminars, and vital community support networks.
For this year’s Challenge Walk, the couple raised the required funds and spent months training for the 50-mile trek—20 miles each on Friday and Saturday, followed by 10 miles on Sunday. Their determination and enthusiasm reflect both personal strength and a deep commitment to giving back to an organization that has offered them—and many others—hope and guidance through the years.
We commend Dan and Maria Fagen for their compassion, perseverance, and dedication to supporting the MS community. At Inszone Insurance Services, we are proud to celebrate employees who use their Charitable Time Off to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
If you’re an Inszone employee interested in volunteering through CTO, please contact HR to learn how to participate.
