At Inszone Insurance Services, we believe that investing in our local communities is just as important as the work we do in the office. Through our Charitable Time Off (CTO) program, Inszone employees are given paid time off to volunteer and support the non-profit organizations that mean the most to them. This month, we are proud to highlight Bethany Holmes, who used her CTO to support the HTC Rodeo Drive at the Tri-State Rodeo!

The HTC Rodeo Drive is an annual fundraising effort that supports programs for students at HTC. Proceeds from the drive go directly toward the school’s athletic boosters, music boosters, and art programs, helping keep these opportunities available and affordable for local families.

The Tri-State Rodeo is a large annual event held in Fort Madison, Iowa, drawing cowboys and cowgirls from across the country. Attendees take in horseback riding, bronc riding, bull fighting, and steer wrestling over the course of the event, making it one of the biggest gatherings on the local calendar.

On September 10th, Bethany volunteered her time selling tickets at the rodeo. Every dollar from those ticket sales went straight to the HTC Rodeo Drive, turning a busy day at the gate into direct funding for student programs.

For Bethany, the value of the drive comes down to what it makes possible for local families. The funds raised help the school keep costs low so that families can provide their children with the things they need to take part in athletics, music, and the arts.

“It raises funds for the school to keep costs low, to help families provide the things needed,” Bethany shared.

We are incredibly proud of Bethany for giving her time to an effort that directly benefits students in her community. Thank you, Bethany, for representing Inszone’s core values and helping keep these programs within reach for local families!

If you are an Inszone employee interested in participating in the CTO program, please contact HR to learn more about how you can get involved.
