At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to strengthen their communities. On September 6, 2025, Bethany Holmes volunteered at the Tri-State Rodeo, benefiting the Denmark Ball Association.
The Denmark Ball Association is a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth baseball in the community. Funds from the Tri-State Rodeo, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, go directly toward maintaining fields, concessions, and restrooms—ensuring affordable access to youth sports for local families.
Bethany volunteered as a “hock filler,” loading baskets and cotton candy sticks for kids to sell in the stands. She also counted money to ensure sales were tracked accurately, helping maximize proceeds for the Association.
For Bethany, this work is personal. Her children have played with the Denmark Ball Association for the past 15 years, and with two still in the league, she remains committed to ensuring its continued success. She noted that many neighboring town ball leagues have disappeared, and the Denmark Ball Association’s ability to keep costs affordable makes a real difference for families in the community.
We commend Bethany Holmes for her ongoing dedication and volunteer service. At Inszone Insurance Services, we are proud to support employees who give back through our Charitable Time Off program.
If you are an Inszone employee interested in volunteering through CTO, please contact HR to learn how to participate.
