Jeanne Grasso is a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in June 2025 after the merger of Redding – McFarland Commercial Insurance Services. She has been in the insurance industry since 1968, working in Personal Lines including auto, home, life, and some health, as well as Commercial Lines in Washington, Alaska, and California. Jeanne’s professional background includes starting her career with Teachers Insurance Company and working for various independent agencies from Los Angeles to Fresno, Arcata, Seattle, Washington, and Anchorage, Alaska. After leaving Alaska in 1986, she spent a year in Montana before moving to Eureka to work for a State Farm Agent. She later worked for various State Farm agents before settling in Redding, California. Jeanne graduated from high school in 1966 and attended nursing school for a year and a half before starting her family. She obtained her first insurance license in 1973 and has been licensed in Washington and California, originally for property/casualty and life/health, though she let the life/health license expire. For the past eleven years, she specialized in contractors of all kinds and handled new and renewal business for contractors and businesses across the state.
Jeanne is passionate about her work and has no problem approaching clients by phone or email. She values building relationships with clients to understand their needs and enjoys cross-selling because of the trust she establishes. She believes in honesty and integrity when dealing with both clients and coworkers and is committed to continuing her work in the industry to keep her mind sharp.
In her free time, Jeanne enjoys caring for her rescued dog and cat, advocating for animal welfare through her membership in PETA and donations to various animal charities, as well as cancer and heart associations. She loves animals deeply and supports rescuing rather than buying pets, though her husband limits the number she can rescue.
