Deron Newland is an Agency Partner at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in February 2026 after the merger of Phoenix 3 – Park Model-Manufactured Home Insurance Services. He has owned his own business for over 20 years and brings 10 years of industry experience specializing in manufactured homes and park models. Deron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bluffton University in Economics and is a licensed Insurance agent in Arizona, Nevada, and Ohio. His areas of expertise are in the manufactured home insurance industry, and he also conducts insurance presentations in many communities. Additionally, Deron has been involved in coaching men’s basketball at both lower levels and the varsity level.
Deron is passionate about his work and focuses on building customer trust by putting the customer first. He emphasizes asking questions to get to know clients and understand their needs, answering their questions, and explaining their policies thoroughly. His personal philosophy centers on prioritizing the customer, and his future goals include continuing to educate and help others.
In his free time, Deron enjoys sports, influenced by his father who was a coach, reflecting his strong sports orientation.
