Joan Mongold is a Senior Personal Lines Insurance Specialist at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in August 2025 after the merger of Dodge City – Parker-Haskins Insurance, Inc. She has worked in the Insurance Industry for 30 years in Personal Lines. Joan began with Burr-Butler Agency as a receptionist and then had the opportunity to be licensed. She worked with Burr-Butler Agency for 5 years before accepting a job offer with Parker-Haskins as a Personal Lines agent, where she sold insurance for 27 years. She has attended numerous education classes with different insurance informative classes and has renewed her license every 2 years with required training. Her expertise is with Personal Lines Insurance, which entails autos, homes, rental property, boats, motorcycles, and RVs.
Joan’s goal with clients is to treat them like she would want to be treated and help them the best she can. She is passionate about her work and believes in helping customers the best she can and doing her job the best she can. Her future goal is learning with Inszone Insurance and broadening her horizon with new companies.
In her free time, Joan enjoys traveling, having recently taken a trip to Hawaii. She and her husband used to ride their Harley from coast to coast before selling their bikes to take care of her aging parents. She is a Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys making flower arrangements and planting flowers outside, drawing on her past experience as a florist.
