Maxwell Cusator is a Staff Development Manager at Inszone Insurance Services. He decided to pursue a career in the insurance industry because he saw an opportunity to showcase his ability to provide catered solutions to complex problems. Max pursued his education at California State University Long Beach, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Finance as an obvious choice for Max, as he is a very analytical individual. Coupling his analytical skills along with his ability to establish and maintain relationships, Max’s clients take comfort in knowing that he is there to help them achieve their goals both safely and effectively.
Max attributes many of his skills to his tenure as a water polo athlete. He had the opportunity to develop essential professional skills from an early age, mastering the crafts of time-management, communication, and overall reliability, making him an essential asset to any business owner.
In his free time, Max enjoys riding his bike and golfing.
