Tracy Kruempel is a Benefits Account Manager at Inszone Insurance Services, joining Inszone in May 2024. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in art from the University of Iowa and a master’s degree in human resources and organizational development from Eastern Michigan University. Tracy served as President of her chapter’s Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been recognized by Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma for her academic achievements.
With over a decade in employee benefits, Tracy excels in improving benefits for clients and their employees. Renowned for her attentive listening and initiative-taking approach, she ensures seamless plan operations. Her passion for health insurance was sparked during her tenure at JS Clark Agency.
In her free time, Tracy cherishes moments with loved ones, including her two sons, Nathaniel and Conner. She delights in beach outings, walks, travel, artistic pursuits, and engaging in local community events.
