At Inszone Insurance Services, we proudly recognize employees who use Charitable Time Off (CTO) to support meaningful causes and uplift their communities. In late February 2026, Casi McAllister volunteered with Special Olympics Washington during the Washington State Olympic Winter Games, an inspiring multi-day event celebrating athletic achievement, inclusion, and determination.

Special Olympics Washington provides safe, inclusive opportunities for athletes of all abilities to participate in a wide range of sporting events. The Winter Games bring together competitors from across the state to participate in events such as ice skating, basketball, and cheerleading, while also serving as a pathway for athletes preparing to advance to national-level competitions, including the USA Games.

Casi served on the General Management team for the event, supporting opening ceremonies and leading awards and medal coordination for the basketball competitions. In addition to these responsibilities, she assisted athletes as they prepared for upcoming national events and stepped in wherever extra support was needed to ensure the games ran smoothly.

Her connection to Special Olympics Washington is deeply personal. Casi’s daughter-in-law works for the organization at the corporate level and coordinates events for teams and coaches across Western Washington. Through this connection, Casi has gained a deeper appreciation for the athletes’ strengths, resilience, and abilities—qualities that are often overlooked when people focus only on disabilities rather than potential.

“The joy, innocence, and incredible level of competition these athletes bring is something truly special to witness,” Casi shared. “Being part of an event where athletes, families, coaches, and volunteers all come together is an experience that stays with you.”

Casi’s involvement reflects the powerful impact of inclusion, service, and community support. Her dedication helped ensure that athletes were celebrated not only for their accomplishments on the court and ice, but for the confidence, teamwork, and perseverance they bring to every competition.

We commend Casi McAllister for her leadership, compassion, and commitment to supporting Special Olympics Washington and its athletes. At Inszone Insurance Services, we are proud to support employees like Casi who embody our values of service, empathy, and community engagement through the Charitable Time Off program.
