Traci Fink is a Renewal Specialist Team Lead at Inszone Insurance Services, joining the company in July of 2022.
Traci has been a valued member of our team for over three years. In her role, she leads with dedication, ensuring her team is supported and our clients receive exceptional service. Traci shares that her time with Inszone has given her countless opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. She is especially grateful for the chance to work alongside such a wonderful and supportive team, and she truly loves the work she does every day. Her commitment, leadership, and positive energy have made her an incredible asset to the company.
Outside of the office, Traci’s world revolves around her family. She is a proud mother of three sons, ages 25, 22, and 17, and also enjoys a close bond with her two daughters-in-law—one of whom she’s lucky enough to work with at Inszone. Family time is especially meaningful now that she has two beautiful grandchildren, who bring joy, laughter, and adventure into her life each day.
Traci’s passion for her work, dedication to her team, and love for her family truly embody the spirit of Inszone. We are so proud to celebrate her this month!
When asked to share some words about Traci, her supervisors, Natalie Fanin and Natasha Fanin, had this to say:
Natalie shared, “Traci Fink consistently demonstrates initiative by proactively taking the lead and adding value without needing direction. She steps up to meet the needs of the team and organization, leading by example while delivering results. Her work ethic, dependability, and ability to lead make her an invaluable member of the team. I’m proud to have someone I can trust and rely on, and I’m grateful to have her as part of our team.”
Echoing Natalie’s remarks, Natasha added, “Traci is a pleasure to work with. She consistently demonstrates professionalism, great communication, reliability, and a positive attitude, making her an asset to Inszone.”
Q: What initially brought you to the insurance industry?
A: My aunt has worked in the insurance industry for the past 45 years and my niece was working at the Inszone Benson office while I was actively looking for work. She invited me to apply. I wanted a job where I could grow with the company.
Q: In what ways do you think your unique background or experiences contribute to your success in your role?
A: I have worked in customer service for almost 20 years now. I enjoy working within my community and helping where I can. I enjoy talking with many different “characters” I see. I grew up in this town and I know quite a few of our customers which helps with communication and networking in this space.
Q: If you could describe your approach to teamwork in three words, what would they be and why?
A: Commitment – Staying committed to my team and training. Striving to always exceed expectations – to always strive to be better and to push my team to always be better. Kudos – I find it’s always important to give praise when praise is due. I like to keep the team uplifted and engaged in their work.
Q: What accomplishment are you most proud of in your career so far, and what did it teach you?
A: When I first started with Inszone the Renewal Specialist Position was a fairly new position. I have been with the Renewal Specialists from the beginning and now the Team Lead for it. I absolutely love my position and am very proud of my team. It taught me that hard work and dedication can excel my career.
Q: Who has been the biggest influence or mentor in your life, and what valuable lessons have you learned from them?
A: I would have to give credit to my parents. They have taught me to stand on my own two feet and not rely on anyone else and to just be myself.
Q: What are some hobbies you do outside of work that you enjoy?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three boys, two daughter in laws and two grandchildren. I also enjoy going to car races, baseball games and indulging in coffee on the weekends with my parents.
